Nice Sacagawea Toning - Coin Community Forum

ErrorCoins222 Pillar of the Community United States 1699 Posts	Posted 07/11/2009 6:26 pm Earlier this year I found some Sacagawea mint rolls at my bank. On the end of the rolls are some nicely toned dollars. They have different colors including orange, yellow, green, blue, red , and purple on the toned end roll coins. I've included a non-toned sacagawea from the same roll for comparison. Do you think this is naturally toned? Is there any premium for sacagaweas toned like this? Thanks Report this Post to the Staff

Elimist Pillar of the Community United States 632 Posts	Posted 07/11/2009 6:59 pm My experience with sac dollars (and Presidential dollars for that matter) is that 90% of the time they are going to tone and tarnish to some degree.
