1965 to 2004; mint sets
2005 to date; BU rolls

eh? Why the break in 2004?

You can still find the high grade coins in mint sets since 2004, indeed, quality has even improved so the coins are even higher grade.

But they are struck by chrome plated dies now so have a different look to them. The graders can't always tell them apart but they're called Satin Finish now.
