posted a pic awhile back, someone thought it could have been a 1966, but this is a 1968d, found to spots with what looks to be separations, any ideas?

It is a doubled die, but minor. I would keep it anyway. Always nice to have something to look back to. I found out the 1965 is a DDO. Also minor, probably even more minor than yours.
