This is a common date and pretty heavily circulated, so I don't expect it is likely to be a counterfeit. Is the seller providing any assurance it is genuine? If so, and if both the price and return policy seem attractive a purchase is probably safe enough. Report this Post to the Staff

BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 07/16/2009 02:33 am I don't think that's graffiti around star 4 and I do think it's genuine but I wouldn't pay over VG money for it. Eye appeal is low (unless it's the photos) and either wear or a light strike or both put this coin at VF20 tops. If you can get it for under $300 it's probably worth it.
