It could be anything between AU55 and MS63. New Orleans coins (O mintmark) are notorious for "weak strikes". This shows up in the hair over the ear and eagles breast feathers. When I look at a photo/scan of a Morgan for grading, these are the first two areas I look at because they are the high points and the first to receive wear. If the coin were in-hand I would look for mint luster (frost) in these areas by viewing at an angle. If the surrounding area is frosty, by these areas are shiny, that means it has seen some wear and will grade AU. If there is unbroken mint luster there you probably have an MS63 coin.

From what I can see from your image I'm going to say MS-62.
