My last $25 box of pennies which I have 80% sorted, has had 1 to 6 2009 ( no mint mark) pennies in each roll (used to get 1-5 per box), 40% copper in several rolls (30% cu average overall) which is a higher percentage than I am used to (20-25% past average). But, only 3 wheaties so far which is way down from about 10 per box. Canadians were down also having only about 5 instead of 10. I assume the last row of pennies in the box will be the same as the first 4. Take the good with the bad, but would rather have the wheaties and copper vs the 2009's.

I picked up 10 rolls today.
Without a complete search of the rest, I can say that I got just under 100 log cabins that were hidden inside the rolls.
memroials were on both ends of the rolls

Now THAT would be something impressive !
I'd be overjoyed at landing some of those biz strikes ! .....
I did see in another post that the Mint did produce another 900,000+ 2009 Denver Nickels after it was said that "all production has now ceased on Nickels & Dimes for the rest of the year 2009".......

That is a good percentage of copper. I have yet to find any 2009 cents in circulation... I don't know about other collectors but I can't wait for this "Lincoln Craze" to be over.. Many are hording these cents and commemoratives thinking they are going to skyrocket in price. Can you say bicentenial coinage anyone?

Did anyone notice that by Denver producing those 900,000+ nickels the production there is now exactly the same as the Philly production? Don't remember the total off the top of my head but I do remember noticing that.

I got a $25 box of cents last week and got one 2009 D first series coin. I did find 14 wheats though, a 1911 and a 1916s were included in these.

I bought 10 boxes of cents last week and all 10 had new 50 rolls Log Cabin in them. So I ordered 20 for Tuesday!
