Right now, I'm trying to build an elite collection of high grade
MS-67 to MS-69 State Quarters.

What would be the best way for me to accomplish that?

Examine every State Quarter you can get your hands on! And if that takes too long....buy them slabbed and be done with it! And if that gets too costly, go back to examining every State Quarter you can get your hands on!

I also am compiling a set of the quarters.
With searching all the known hidey holes for change and purchasing 100.00 from the bank, I came up with
1 shy of the P set (Hawaii) and right about half the D set.
I intend to roll search till the set is complete, then cherry pick until I get the higher grades.
Other than that, if I decide I want to be a bit more ambitious with my cash flow, I might buy them from the dealers, flea markets, or ebay.
I am considering putting together a pf70 slabbed set or maybe acquiring a few slabbed ms70's
