How much would it cost to have a 2009 Lincoln Penny Proof Set by NGC and PCGS?

Which company would be cheaper?

NGC Services/Fees
and
PCGS Services/Fees

Both require you to be a member, which costs even more $$$...if you want your coins graded without paying yearly dues, try ANACS

my coin dealer charges the same price for submissions to either one, if you look at the fee charts on their websites you can find the direct costs there

Does a coin have a better chance of grading a perfect 70 if the coin is sent to PCGS/NGC through a dealer rather than yourself?
