Looks like minor Machine Doubling.

That's just the lighting - more than one light source will appear to be Machine Doubling in a photograph, which is why I always tell people to take micrographs with only one light source.

This coin is actually just a normal 1982 cent.

Thanks for the tip coppercoins. I am really having a hard time with the lighting and focusing of the Q5. Any tip from users of this kind of unit would be very much appreciated.
