I'm going with VAM 165. WW that base of your 'P' isn't damage it's from the die. Here's the picture from VAMWorld and yours (lightened and contrasted).

Those are a match. I can also see the notches on the 'U'. What I can make out is the doubling on the right side of the 'L' due to the dark toning in that area. WW you will have to confirm it.
