This 0.999 bar was traded to me for a coin way way back in time, I dont know anything about it except what's said on it. I liked it then and still do. Its not a coin or a token, so I guess this is the place to ask.

Would appreciate if anyone can ID a year date for this and if the silver bar maker has a link http in the internet somewhere?
