I'm no pro at this, but my call would be G-6 since it has some parts of letters of Liberty showing.

cleaned and well worn though rims are still intact G-6 NET

It may make a technical VG-8 based on partial LIBERTY and full rims. However, the weakness of the reverse legend is a drawback and lowers the overall appeal. I would value it the same as a Good-04 coin. It's OK as a filler but you can find a much nicer example of this common date at a reasonable price.
