Can you guys help me review this coin like age, origins etc, also it's rough value? For some reason I couldn't upload the pictures to my post, so I uploaded them on photobucket:

, to the community,

This is a coin of the Emperor Septimius Severus 193-211 AD. Obverse legend is SEVERVS PIVS AVG and the reverse legend is PM TR P XVI COS III PP. Jupiter standing aiming a thunderbolt and holding a spear. Nice coin.

Nice, and it's silver I suppose since it's so preserved. I'm not quite a coin collector so for how much I can sell it?

It is indeed silver; it's a denarius. The specific type isn't listed in the Sear catalogue, but denarii of Septimus Severus typically go for around $40 in VF condition. The patch of green goo on the reverse of your coin might lower the price, if it's corrosion rather than just uncleaned patina.

This coin could be of the RIC 216 family:

(RIC = Roman Imperial Coins, a standard catalog)

Some denarii of Septimius Severus are very common as he minted millions of them to finance his wars.
