Definitely ANACS, they are the third of the big three (PCGS and NGC being the first two), and they are more well known/respected in the coin collecting world.

with the only exception being ancient coins. From what I have been told ICG is the place to go for those. nlp

ICG not as accurate on grading but very trustworthy on authentication(US & World)
ANACS used to be #1 and is is now running a close third behind PCGS and NGC.....
you can get better deals on bulk grading with ICG and ANACS...good luck!
