got ten rolls of nickels 4 were hand rolled but one looked like it had been in a vault for some time it had the bank of charleston printed on it and when I opened it up the first coin I saw was a 46
needless to say I quite happy well the rest of the roll was

Nice, were these P D and S mints in higher grades?

mostly P mints and many I can make out at least one step all columns and the lil triangle above the columns
so I think thats XF-AU no real BU

Sounds like maybe a typical 30 year old roll that just sat that long someplace. Back in 1978 1979 or 1980, this would have been a normal roll.

Great roll ..... it's always a thrill to find one of these 'mystery' rolls ..... makes you wonder just where in the heck it has been hanging out all these years.
