I think the question is if one exists. Not necessarily if a coin that he has is real or not. It would be cool if there were one.

But if youre questioning it you might just want to see if it is true for yourself, they probably havn't checked all the 1983 cents so who knows really for a fact.

yeah it was kinda wondering if it was worth my time checking 83s if they are copper or not I still flip them to see if they ring if it happens to be a bubble free good strike and I always look at the reverse

If there are copper 83, they would be a 1 in 1,000,000 find.
