Just read in the Coin World on line that the 2009 uncirculated mint set will be delayed because th mint has noticed tarnished cent blanks that it has received. So the uncirculatd mint set will be delayed until this issue is taken care of.

I doubt they would halt some production of regular issue cents do to an issue like that
