I was told by oldtimers that I need to understand the process of how coins are made. This 5 minute video is from the discovery channel on YouTube It shows the process of minting a Canadian proof coin and it shows a lot of the key stages from start to finish. If this has been posted before on here I apologize, I looked but did not find it. I wish there was a video of the US coins being made that we use for circulation. It could help explain some what are and what could not be mint errors. It could also show why some uncirculated coins are MS70 and some end up being MS60 when a bank roll is cracked open.
