I don't think this is anymore than a money making ploy using bullion grade Silver Eagles and PCGS should be ashamed of themselves for doing it. NO. Not into signature collecting. Did his signature make the coin more valuable? I don't think so. (getting off track here) As for POW signatures, it doesn't do a thing for me, would rather have my friends back who gave their lives in Viet-Nam. In fact get the 1994 Vietnam Veterans coin.
