The only resolution is to complain!!!

They are so far behind IT all... they do not know if they are coming or going....
If you have a commercial acct like I do... it is hell two times over.
Presently, I am in a situation with the Postal ombudsman (woman?)

Sent numerous pieces overseas 5 months ago,
registered, signature required...paid for It.!! TOP dollar, more than any other country I know of.
Tracking says... item has left country...
HOWEVER.
They tell me once it has left the country it is out of "our" hands..
However, they take the $$$$$$$$$$$$$ BIG $$$$$$$so far they can not produce a signature, NOR do they know where the items are!!!! Tracking..? NOT!!!!I countered: I do not care about all that. YOU sold me a service.
Their counter: we have NO jurisdiction over other countries postal service.
My counter: IT is YOUR contractor./ and Canada Post is a member of the International Postal Confederation based in Switzerland!
Not done yet.I want several hundred dollars back!! For services charged for and not delivered.
