Sorry the pictures are not very good but you can see what is strange about this coin. It is a 200? Lincoln with a memorial across Lincoln on the front and a second memorial at about 90 degrees from the main one on the reverse.

the obverse looks like it was glued to another coin or something and the imprint of the other coin is still in the glue thats left on the coin, thats probably what happened to the reverse also but can't see it that well to be sure

They are correct. This is no error, it is a coin that was glued to another and then separated. The residue of the adhesive is what you see on the coin.
