Lincoln Cent 1989 -- Strike Doubled?

Found another interesting coin, It has doubling on the reverse, mostly in the upward direction.

Its around some letters, but its most noticeable on the "ENT" in "Cent", I took two photos of that region.

you have found a machine doubled coin. really no value over a cent. the way to tell the difference is the shelf like look of the letters. a double die has rounded edges where a machine double has a flat shelf
