What would an approximate value be on this coin?

Hi jd

approximate value for double struck copper cents with a full date in super condition could be in the high 30's to 40 dollars,, this one perhaps half that .

Is the... "damage" on the coin possibly some sort of mint damage? Maybe from getting stuck somewhere? It appears to be UNC.

Thanks for the input!

The coin is AU and has some post-mint coloration damage. Most error collectors who would want a nice example of a double struck cent would skip this one.
