1956 MS-62 RD Numerous hits in the focal areas of the coin both obverse and reverse,, The bags that these coins rode in were really hard on them,, its tough to find really pristine examples .

1958 MS-63RB Its possible that this coin is a grade up from this in hand ,,but the forehead and shoulder seem to have quite a few contact marks visable in the photo, these areas tend to stand out and draw the eye to them .

Thanks Rick,

I's just curious as to how the contact marks/scruffiness of the coin would effect the grade. Knowing of your knowledge with Lincolns helps immensely as well--in other words, I hold your opinion in very high regards. I have little knowledge of actual grading, but would like to learn more--I just have very little time to do so. Being a Realtor really cuts into the time every now and then. Thanks again!

Hi realitor

Put your grading guides and resource books in the only room where no contacts can be signed and no one will bother you !! if you know what I mean !!

thats worth at least 20 minutes a day .
