Victory,

You did OK, but it won't pay the mortgage. The price guide shows $125 in AU and $225 in AU58 (a bit higer for the Early Die State EDS). Can you get that much for it? Possibly. The Binion pedigree will help a little, but Binion has lost some of his luster.

If you wanted an example of this VAM for your collection, you did GREAT!

the VAM-5 I have in my collection was purchased raw a couple years ago and I paid like $4.00 for it and it graded AU-58 so I got lucky. http://coins.www.collectors-society...eSetID=23484

The Semi-Annual VAMView Price Guide. It's a recap of sales for the previous 6 months (EBay, Heritage, Teletrade, Vamquest, and known private sales). Authors are Logan McKechnie, Dennis Halladay and Ash Harrison. If you join SSDC you get it automatically via email in PDF format.
