I have 1995 Ten Pence. I was told that this one is rarity.
I wonder if it is indeed a rarity?

According to The Royal Mint - 43,259,000 were made.

The following web page does explain about the different varieties of the 10 pence.

Based on the pictures, I think you have a 1995: Rev A: which is a for Circulation strike.

This was the lowest mintage of the current size 10 pence until 2008 when the two different reverses where used for the 10 pence. 9,720,000 for the one like yours with the Lion and 53,900,000 for the Royal Shield Reverse.

So based on what I know yours is not rare but maybe others have more information than I do.

Nothing rare about the 1995 10p that I'm aware of.
