I see something going on, but I don't think it is RPM. Looks like die movement. Try rotating the coin to see if it is more convincing to me. The inside loop of the 6 appears to have the same thing. Check other areas for Machine Doubling on both sides.

i spent a few minutes looking on coppercoins website, and didn't see a matching RMP. several listed did not have photos. it looks like it should be a RPM, but it might not be.

Not sure also.

It looks like a split serif, but then again, could it be a chip off of the original D ?

I guess that could be a die chip at the southwest of the mintmark.

A lot better image! It is a RPM with a split in the lower serif.

Yeah, what difference a different angle makes. Almost looks like another coin but I know it's not.
