Found this one today while MD.Looked it up in my 1990 Red Book edition.
"I know,It's time for a new one", How can I tell If it's a large or small Mint Mark variety or where can I look for more info? Thanks

i think small, the serifs point away from the s
On the large the s is more of a closed letter having the ends sort of surround itself.
Also, it is actually obviously larger.
Compare to a 1942 S

I don't think a whole lot for cents. The nickel has a significant premium. The larger S is more scarce I think in most cases and I think it was a variety for all the regular US coins minted for circulation except the half dollar.
