dont think so looks like light hits under the eyes
beautiful coin but a 70 needs to be perfect

Sorry, but the coin(based on the one side pictured) would probably not grade more than PR65 due to the scuff on the forehead and eye

George is lookin' right at a small rim ding. That alone would kill the 70.
