Judging by the detail, I think the coin is MS, but this might have trouble even getting to MS61.

That reverse die state is about shot. Several obv nicks but not much wear. MS60 on lack of circulation wear.

Hard to tell inside the 2x2, looks to be about MS-63.

I think that it is MS-60, nice eye appeal, quite a few nicks on it which is what keeps it from going any higher.
