i have four new zealand 3d coins. I have a 1939,1952,1958 and a 1934.

they are in good nik bt the 1934 one is only very slightly bent but not noticeable and has specks of black stuff on it but everything is still visible.

the rest are fine.

the 1934 one has a pic of king george the second on a side view and has the words GEORGE V KING nd EMPEROR on it. the other side has what looks like two old style guns on it crossed and the words new zealand and 3d on it. this is the coin I really want evaluated.

can someone help me

Hi Domino

the 1934 3 pence KM#1 0.500 silver mintage of 6,000,000

.25 in fine 1.00 in Very fine 5.00 in Extra fine and 15.00 in UNC.

We will need pics to determine a grade for the coin.

The '34 and '39 are both made of silver, but there's not too much "bullion" in these tiny coins. CV is 50¢ to $1 in typical circulated grades.

The '52 and '58 are cupronickel, also about 50¢ in typical grades.

BTW: the things that look like "old style guns" aren't actually guns, they're Maori war clubs, known as "patu".
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
