The Fact that they graded it does not surprise me the fact that they actually admit its a copy does.

Certified to be counterfiet or MS? Seems border line misleading to me.

I witnessed a young man bring an MS67 1881S Morgan dollar into my dealers shop yesterday for a second opinion on the grading. It was graded and slabbed by SGS!!! Need I say more? Well I did to that young man as the coin might have made an MS63 BEFORE it was dipped!!! I (we) gave him instructions on getting his 100% guaranteed refund on the $100 bucks he paid for a $25 to $30 coin. Also instructed him to file complaints with ebay and PayPal should his refund be denied for any reason. We encouraged him to contact the Indiana and Ohio State Attorney Generals Office to lodge complaints and to contact the State Better Business Bureau of both states. Needless to say, I got plenty peeved while discussing how someone could take a $100 for a dipped coin that wouldn't retail for more than $30 on any given day and that was before it was dipped. What does it take to kill these predators that prey on the uneducated and in this particular instance this young man is making every effort to learn the hobby? Hopefully this will end well for that young man!

These people are nothing less than con artists. Sad. Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responcibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws.

Agreed. The seller is plain about what he's offering, and there is a legitimate market for clearly-labeled copies as fillers etc. ACG seems to have decided to target the "some of the people, all the time" market.
