Here's an odd looking penny I found years ago and put it away just relocated it today any idea's?

It's kind of like ghosting the number 8+9 are stepped over from the original number the same as liberty it looks like pillars on the left side of L,I,B,E in Liberty

Hi,

It is a coin struck by worn dies. We've had many posts on these. They are extremely common on plated cents.

No premium value, I'm afraid.

A little clue: The devices on a worn die are distorted to the direction of the rim. A classic example we've all seen is the 1955 poor man's doubled die. Just die wear.
