My guess WOULD be a struck thru error. It looks indented by possible string or wire

Looks raised (Notice how the raised letters are lit from below and so is the line coming out of the L. If it was incuse the lower edge would be in shadow and the uper edge would be lit.) If so it looks like a die scratch.
