Although I am generally a Jefferson nickel collector, I went spazzz for the last couple months to fill in the holes in this set. I think I needed about 16 or so to make this as complete as it is going to be.
There are no overdates like the 1916 over 16 or the 1914 over 1913 as far as I can tell anyway, No 1918 over 1917. No 3 and a 1/2 leggers but I do have a nice three legger classic and the 38 D over S.
I think those VG and Fine coins I picked up have blended well into the herd.
I consider this set done, unless of course I get lucky and get an upgrade where I can use it.

Each coin is in an AirTite and then in a Safe Flip with the card in the other pocket.
I hope someday to do the image taking on my Jefferson Set.
It is kind of nice to have every business strike since 1913 in presentable condition and some of which are dazzlers.
Thanks for looking!

Wow, congratulations. Those are some truly nice coins. I especially like some of those toned coins. Any idea how long it took you to complete it?

Great looking set of Buffalos Wheezydog! You can really view the coins well in the airtites. They look even better than the Dansco album. I know how much money and effort it is to complete that set and you should be proud!

Way to go Wheezy!!
Certianly a set to be proud of! I may go back to me buffalo collection after I finish the 7070 (I got sidetracked)

I certainly like the airtite/ safe flip system. Very nice!

Congrats! Do you think you will ever try to have a complete U.S. Nickel set? (inc. Shield and Liberty?)

Thanks for the compliments.
I really can't say how long it took. I never planned on a complete set until recently. I never thought I would try it for some reason until I looked at what I had and what I needed.

Here's the set in pages, Looks pretty tidy and no staples so I can pull a flip, remove a coin, with some patience and return it back after grading and taking notes for spreadsheet.

It will take me a long time to do my Jefferson's. The best of those are in AirTites and Kointains in hard 2x2 cases in 12 pocket pages.

My brother has a complete set of V nickels, The three keys in G 6 to VG something and the rest looking a little bit above average. He has no interest in them. I might ask him to sell the set, so that leaves the Shield set. Maybe I would try but I would buy a 1971 No S Proof or trade off a lot of coins first to get it before I try that.
I am working on a separate type coin set of nickels including the Three Cent Nickel.

Very nice set indeed. The Buffalo nickel has always been my favorite US coin and it's very cool to see the whole set together like that. Congrats on getting it all put together.
