Obverse refers to Maximilian Maria Carl Joseph Gabriel Lamoral, the 7th prince of Thurn and Taxis (of Regengsburg, Bavaria)

Reverse says: In remembrance of the 200-year Jubilee of the royal Bavarian 2nd light cavalry regiment of Taxis. 28 June 1882

--or something close to that.
