Im not sure what is going on with this one. On the reverse you can clearly make out berty in reverse just above One Cent. On the obverse there also seemes to be a few things going on but I cant make it out. Any info would be great...

Judging from the damage on the rim, and the flatness of some of the details in relation to the added liberty and the incuse letters, it looks like a squeeze job to me.

the coin was pressed between to other cents in a vise or perhaps even hit with a hammer.

why would you say that this is not a legit cent? How would anyone know if one is real or not. If this never happened from the mint, squeezers would not be squeezing and everyone would know they were counterfeits.

as far as I know, noone has ever tried to pass a "squeeze job" off as a mint error. it is just someone bored and just finding something to do. Nothing inside the mint would cause this thats why he said its not a "legit" error, it is a legit penny just not an error penny

Because that's one way of generating buzz for the better-looking efforts you'll be wanting to sell later. If you do 100 of those, eventually one will land in the hands of a collector who will publicize it, thereby supporting your effort to sell the better ones you made on ebay. Or, they could just be culls, and if you're about to rip people off by selling fake errors on ebay, you'd be a fool to keep evidence of your practice laying around.

Or, it could have just been a kid playing with a vise.
