I am thinking of selling this coin on ebay. Gold at new all time highs, and I never liked this coin. It is set in a ring now. Should I remove it from the ring? What is the gold weight? And what should I expect to get?

Coin is about 22 mm diameter.

At 22mm it is a sovereign, gold content is a bit over 7 grams. With gold at about $1000 an ounce, there is roughly $240 worth of gold. I would leave it in the ring. Someone may pay a premium if they want it in the ring, and if not, you will still get the gold value, in a ring or not.
