Appears at least that way on this coin. If they were from a OBW roll them they would be MS-60+ depending on how many bag marks affected the coin or imperfections (Scuff marks) that would distract eye appeal.

I have almost many Extras of some the ones for this year ( DDR & DDO), but no way of a complete set yet. Most are found in the two roll LP2 Boxes from the mint.

Most coins out of new rolls would be BU (ms63/64) List them as BU. If any better ones that that put them aside. They are all Unc.'s (ms60,61,62) unless really messed up. Then the Gems are in the ms65/66 bracket. Choice ms 67 thru 69

With TPGs refusing to grade these, it puts assignment and acceptance of grade in the hands of the buyer & seller the way it used to be.

Quote: With TPGs refusing to grade these I don't think I have heard anything about this, why are they saying they will not grade these coins?
