If they were from a OBW roll them they would be MS-60+ depending on how many bag marks affected the coin or imperfections (Scuff marks) that would distract eye appeal. Report this Post to the Staff

They are all Unc.'s (ms60,61,62) unless really messed up. Then the Gems are in the ms65/66 bracket. Choice ms 67 thru 69 Report this Post to the Staff
