How do you store your coins? As of now I have mine in what use to be my gun safe. My wife wants me to put them in a saftey deposit box but I keep telling her "No". I hate the idea of not having access to my coins. Also do any of you have insurance on your collection? I dont right now but was thinking of it.

I keep mine in my gunsafe also. I have 2 mositure asorbers in the safe also. I just feel better having them here. Not that I don't trust banks but in a "National Emergency" there in my hands, not someone elses. As of yet no insurance either but I need to get that done.

I have not had the money for a safe. So I just keep my coins in diffent spot in the house and also I live a fairly safe neighborhood so I feel my coin are safe. and for insuring your coins I have never looked in to that so I am not sure if they do it or if the price oyu have ot pay for it would be worth it.
