Went to an auction on Sat. and among other things I bought where 4 uncirculated rolls of cents. 2 1970 P 1 canadian 1970 and 1 1970 S all for $2.50. Went through the 70 s roll last night and found 3 small dates.

Finding 3 in a roll would be a real score! Can you post larger pics to confirm?
At this pic size, I'd guess the middle coin has the best odds of being a SD--but it could be all three, hard to say.

not great pics but all 3 are small dates with all the markers, high 7, hooked 9 and weak liberty.

Good to see bigger pics! I've enlarged a date detail of each to help in attribution.
From what I can see, my bets are on #1 below (your first coin in your most recent pics).
#2 is most likely a LD and #3 is definitely a LD--the shape of the 9 is conclusive even with pic size.
There are different methods of attribution; I look at the shape of the 9 and the shape/position of the 7.
The top line of the date is a hard determinant. I think this page covers the differences well.
That's just my opinion--maybe the Lincoln experts can make a more definitive call with your pics?
Btw, even finding one SD in a roll is a great pickup!

You might change the title to "3 70-S small dates" to get the experts here...

Larger images might help with just the date area. But here is what to look for on the small & large date 1970-S Cents.
Way-Cool-Auction-Buy.
1. The line on the Center of the 9 in the date.
2. The crease on the inside of the 7 intersection.
3. The tail of the 7 lower than the 0 in the date.
4. The bottom tail of the 9. Whether pointed or blunt.

The second image I would like to see closer. From what I can see it maybe a small date as well. A better image would help a lot. It could be from the dame die as # 1 as the mint mark locations look very close. I agree the # 3 is a large date.
