What an interesting coin!
Clearly, there's separation in the design to suggest a DDO, or perhaps a combination of causes?
For instance, why is a "J" in KONGINGRIJK so close to the rim when nearby letters aren't?
The date looks doubled-hubbed too, at a time when many dies were dated after hubbing.
A good coin to study carefully!

Great point! The are to the right of that J also has a faint trace of a second are behind it that is higher, at the same level as the J. Possibly re-cut?

Yes, I have to wonder if some letters were repunched/cut independently? That's a big spread on the J when doubling on the sword is much tigher too. On the are in KONGINGRIJK there's big spread too.
