There are 9 different versions of the Belgium 5c for 1925.
If you could post detailed pics, I'll try to help determine which one you have.
Include a closeup of the date area if you can, as there are several overdates.

I see from the pics it's the French legend version, total mintage 18.5M
I cannot see an overdate from these pics, but one still might be there.
Krause lists the regular 1925 is $1.25 in XF and $4 in UNC.
