I had pulled these out of circulation a while back. The top one is mint condition. I trust no significant value to them, but found it interesting that the design changed on two 1963 notes so thought I'd share. Any opinions/comments?

Nice. Of course, note that one is a Federal Reserve note and the other is a United States note. Earlier FRN's exist, prior to this date, but this was around the time that USN's were discontinued.

Some conspiracy theorists believe the 63 series USN are one of the reasons Kennedy was assassinated. He was killed shortly after he signed the act to print these. In fact bills were made for all denominations except ones, but only the twos and fives and some hundreds made it into circulation. The rest were shredded after his assassination.

So...let's assume "someone" wanted to buy these? What would be a fair price?

I did, but I'm not sure what value to put on them.

Considering condition, they will never appreciate tremendously. Sell them and other items until you have a nice fund going to purchase better items.
