It's my understanding you can have presales on ebay if you ship the item within 30 days of the auction. But isn't this auction breaking the rules?

Hi there,

My understanding of the rules is that you can have a presale auction, but if the item does not arrive within 30 days you can basically get a refund. Some items on ebay are sold in this way all the time.

If in doubt, it is best to confirm with the seller of the item first to save getting into a dispute afterwards.

Regards,

Peter
