2001 Lincoln With Notches

Every letter has a very subtle knotch on the upper left of each letter. seems right. found two more just like it in a bank batch yesterday that each roll the dates were in sequence. With ten or more from those dates for doub - year coins to search for.

It might be 2001P-1DO-001, CONECA 1-O-VIII, CDDO-001
Is there a small die dot above the 2 of the date?

Looks like it could be a minor doubled die. Cannot rule it out based on the images, but I also cannot say it definitely is based on same.
