i would say 27, or 28. the die markers should be mor conclusive. I am gaining knowledge about these fairly quickly - but have a long way to go. i'll be interested, as to what the correct answer is.

Appears to me to be 027. The location is a match and the die state of John1 coin is an earlier example of the die compared to the one on the site. There are some pre die flow happening on the edge of the 9 toward the rim that matches the die flow on the example on coppercoins. The most convincing point is the angle of the RPM in the center of the mint mark.
