I've noticed the Lincoln Coins and Chronicles set has slowly been dropping in price. Whats the prediction for the sell price closer to Christmas. Should a person list it now or hold off.

I think it depends on how much profit you expect/want. If you would be happy with doubling your purchase price, then I would sell soon, but if you would like it to gather more of a premium (which of course gets into sepculation), then you will probably need to hold it for quite awhile. I personally have 1 set and really like it and would have to get a really good premium before selling (which I probably wouldn't sell even then anyhow)

The safest profit is to sell it soon. I told my Wife I might sell mine and she scoffed at the idea. As far as she can tell it's the only thing I have in my collection that isn't really "old" and therefore worth less

The prices have been dropping steadily since before the set came out. I remember prices on ebay of $300 or more for pre-sales and the first few days. Now they're around $140. I predict there will be a slight bump right before XMas back up to $150 and then a sharp decrease to about $80 after.
