I would say it grades MS-62 or MS-63

This is another one of those AU/BU toss-up situations IMO. I see a hint of rub at the eagle's shoulder and talons and on the rock. Luster also looks a bit muted in the lower-left obverse field which suggest this coin has seen brief circulation. I'd call it AU-58 based on these images.

based on photo I'd say low mint state MS 60/61 due to contact marks
lots of mint luster remains...enjoy!
