I've got a digital microscope with built in LEDs. When I take a close up of a coin such as this cent, the color fades out. How can I keep it ?

Hi numismo, I think the problem you're having is from to much light and your light angle. Is the light output adjustable,or can they be disabled?

mikep, the lights are not adjustable. I guess they could always be disabled.
